It is your responsibility to ensure your password with the Under Wraps website remains confidential and you are solely responsible for preventing unauthorised use of your account and access to your computer.  Please ensure you take all necessary security checks and inform us immediately should you have any concerns regarding your account or your computer.


We accept most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Solo and Visa Electron.  We do not accept cheque, American Express or postal orders.
Orders may be placed by phone, post or via the internet.


All card or phone transactions are carried out through a globally recognised payment processing organisation.  For added security, your payment details are not held by us.  Under Wraps do not disclose buyers information to third parties.

For UK deliveries, goods will be dispatched within 2/3 working days subject to payment and garments being in stock.  An email will be sent to provide customers with estimated delivery dates for items out of stock.  For customers outside the UK, an email will be sent confirming delivery dates and prices.


Customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes where appropriate.  Additional charges incurred for customs clearance is also the customer’s responsibility.


All items which leave our premises are checked to ensure they are in perfect condition however, should you be dissatisfied with your order, we offer a 100% money back guarantee or exchange providing certain terms are met (refer to returns for further information).


We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions, if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control.
