Please be aware we do not offer a free delivery service therefore no refunds will be given on shipping charges unless an item is proven to be faulty.

An email will be allocated to the customer upon dispatch of the goods.
All items which leave our premises are checked to ensure they are in perfect condition however, should you be dissatisfied with your order, we offer a 100% money back guarantee on the cost of the item (minus shipping costs) or offer an exchange providing the following terms are met:
Garments must be returned within 10 days from date of dispatch.
All garments must be returned in perfect condition, unworn and unwashed, with all the original labels/tags attached and intact. For hygiene reasons, briefs/thongs must be tried on over your own bottoms.
Garments must be returned in the original packaging.
Returned items not complying with the above terms will be sent back to the customer and no refund or exchange will be given.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returns. If a returned item proves faulty, postage will be refunded provided receipts of postage are produced.
If you believe the goods are faulty, please return with a note explaining your reasons and with all the necessary paperwork. Upon receipt of your items, we will investigate the fault and contact you as soon as possible.
